Shipping & Returns

We ship from Vilnius, Lithuania, usually within 1–2 business days after your order is paid. Every parcel is tracked and you'll get the tracking number by email.

Shipping is free in Lithuania and the EU when you order 2 or more items.

We don't ship to other countries yet.

Customs (UK & USA): orders shipped outside the EU may be charged import duties, taxes and handling fees by customs or the carrier. These are paid by the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping.

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days from the day you (or someone you name) receive the item.

1. Email info.thriftdept@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you want to cancel. You can use the model withdrawal form in our Terms, but you don't have to.
2. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Return shipping is paid by you.
3. We refund the item price and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, using the same payment method. We may hold the refund until the item arrives back or you send proof of postage.

Please return the item in the condition you received it, with any tags. You are only responsible for loss in value caused by handling the item more than needed to check it (as you would in a shop).

If an item has a defect we didn't show or describe, or isn't what the listing says, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover the return shipping and refund you in full. Your statutory rights for goods that don't conform to the contract always apply.

Customers outside the EU get the same 14-day return policy.
