These terms apply to purchases made by consumers on this website.

All items are second-hand or vintage and one of a kind. They are sold in the condition described and shown in the photos. Measurements are taken flat and may differ by about 1–2 cm.

Prices are in euros. Not VAT registered – VAT is not charged. Shipping is shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes for deliveries outside the EU are paid by the buyer.

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. If an item has just sold elsewhere, we cancel the order and refund you in full.

Payment and delivery are as described at checkout and on the Shipping & Returns page.

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days from the day you (or someone you name) receive the item.

1. Email info.thriftdept@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you want to cancel. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to.
2. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Return shipping is paid by you.
3. We refund the item price and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, using the same payment method. We may hold the refund until the item arrives back or you send proof of postage.

Please return the item in the condition you received it, with any tags. You are only responsible for loss in value caused by handling the item more than needed to check it.

Every item we sell is 100% authentic. If an item is ever proven not to be authentic, you get a full refund including shipping.

Your legal rights for goods that are faulty or don't match their description are not affected by these terms. If something is wrong, see Shipping & Returns.

Lithuanian law applies, without removing the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence.
